Marge Epperson
President
Marge is the president of Nueterra Physical Therapy. She has more than 20 years of physical therapy and rehabilitation management experience, and is a licensed occupational therapist. Marge provides the strategic direction and executive leadership for the company, including managing the group vice presidents who work with Nueterra's 31 physical therapy clinics on the day-to-day operations. Additionally, Marge is responsible for the development of new facilities, bringing on new partners and helping Nueterra's existing facilities expand their practices. Marge is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, American and Kansas Occupational Therapists Associations and the National Association of Professional Women. Marge is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
Mark Schukman
Group Vice President

Mark is a group vice president for Nueterra Physical Therapy. He is charged with the operational and clinical management of multiple outpatient clinics. Mark draws on his experience of more than 30 years of outpatient clinic ownership and management. His professional experience includes additional roles in the health care industry. Mark was the owner of a successful private practice physical therapy business for 12 years. He later sold his practice and was retained as an administrator for 10 years. With his new business partner, he assisted in the development of additional outpatient offices throughout Kansas. In 2005 he re-established a private practice in physical therapy and developed two additional clinics in central Kansas. Mark is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Physical Therapy. Additionally, he also received a Master's of Business Administration from Troy State University.
Scott Silvey
Group Vice President
Scott serves as a group vice president, managing the operations and leadership of Nueterra Physical Therapy's outpatient clinics. Scott has more than 15 years of outpatient orthopedic clinical experience, including more than six years of clinical practice management and clinic development. Scott is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, as well as APTA's Private Practice Section and Orthopedic Section. Scott is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Physical Therapy. Scott has presented at numerous lectures and educational in-services on orthopedic clinical practice, best practice standards for billing and CPT coding. Scott enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife, who is also a physical therapist, and their two daughters.
John Sievers
Vice President, Business Development
John directs Nueterra Physical Therapy's business development efforts, including new facilities, expansion of existing practices and resyndication of ownership structures. John has more than 20 years of experience in health care operations, planning and strategic development. He joined Nueterra in 2002 and has had the opportunity to work with a variety of development and operational initiatives for the company. Prior to Nueterra, John directed the clinical outreach division for a regional multi-hospital system. He also has experience in creating new service lines for hospitals, physician practices and ancillary care providers. John holds Master's in Public Health and Hospital Administration from the University of Missouri.
